To calculate your space requirement:

Click on each type of space in turn under 'step 1', and put your required quantity in the white boxes at 'step 2'. For example, click on 'open plan workstations', and put in the number of small, medium or large work stations you need into the boxes. The total area needed in sq/ft will appear in the box on the right under 'step 3'. When you have been through each line in box 1, the total amount of space needed will appear in the box in the bottom right-hand corner.
